The Importance of Digitizing for Embroidery
In order to create an accurate and high-quality embroidery design, a process called digitizing is often required.
Digitizing is the process of converting a design or artwork into a digital file that can be read by an embroidery machine. This file contains information on the design, including the thread colors and specific stitching instructions. Without digitizing, it would be nearly impossible for an embroidery machine to accurately reproduce a design on a piece of fabric.
At MRC, we understand the importance of digitizing for embroidery, which is why we offer a digitizing service for our clients. For a fee of $45.00, we will take your design and convert it into a digital file that can be read by our embroidery machines. This ensures that your design will be accurately reproduced on your chosen garment or accessory.
It's important to note that not all designs are suitable for digitizing and embroidery and designs provided in the wrong format or digitized incorrectly may require an additional digitizing fee if the design needs to be re-digitized, and is more complex. We will work closely with you to understand your design and let you know if there are any additional costs. Also, please keep in mind that our max embroidery area is 16.9" x 13", and the files are in DST format.
Digitizing is an important step in the embroidery process, and it's essential for creating high-quality, accurate designs that will last for years. At MRC, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and we will work closely with you to ensure that your design is digitized to the highest standard.
