3) What Is DTF (Direct to Film) Printing?

DTF printing involves printing designs onto a special film and then transferring them onto fabric using heat. This method produces vibrant, full-color designs with excellent durability.

4) What Is Sublimation?

Sublimation is a heat-transfer process that embeds ink directly into fabric or other materials, creating long-lasting, fade-resistant designs.

5) What Is Vinyl Printing?

Vinyl printing involves cutting a design from vinyl sheets and heat pressing it onto fabric. This method is best for bold, simple designs and provides excellent durability.

6) What Is Rhinestone Design?

Rhinestone design involves applying small, sparkling stones to fabric to create eye-catching, decorative designs. It’s a great way to add a unique, stylish touch to custom apparel.

7) How Do You Ship?

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS, depending on your order size and destination.

8) Do You Provide Tracking?

Yes! All orders include tracking so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

9) How Long Does a Custom Order Take?

Custom orders typically take 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity. Need it sooner? Contact us about rush orders!

10) Can I Submit My Own Design?

Absolutely! You can upload your artwork, logo, or text using the file upload option in the order form. If you need help refining your design, let us know!

11) Do You Offer Bulk Orders?

Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders. If you’re ordering for a team, event, or business, mention it in your request, and we’ll provide special pricing.

12) How Much Does a Custom Order Cost?

Pricing depends on design complexity, materials, and quantity. Once you submit your request, we’ll provide a detailed quote.

13) Do I Need to Pay a Deposit for Custom Orders?

Yes. A deposit of 50% of the total order or $75 (whichever is greater) is required before work begins.

💡 The deposit is non-refundable once work has started since it covers materials, design time, and labor. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or pickup.

14) What Is Your Return Policy?

📦 Non-Personalized Items:
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

🔒 Sealed Goods:
Due to health and hygiene reasons, sealed items (e.g., face masks) are non-returnable once opened.

🎨 Personalized & Custom Items:
Custom-made items are non-refundable. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly remake the item. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to resolve the issue.

💻 Digital Downloads:
All digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once a digital download has been purchased. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issues with your download, contact us—we’re happy to help.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must include your name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Returns sent without a reason will not be processed.

15) What Type of Design Format Is Required?

✔ Sublimation: PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, PSD, EPS, TIFF (Vector files preferred)
✔ Embroidery: DST or PES files
✔ Vinyl & DTF: High-resolution PNG or SVG files

16) Do You Offer Digitizing?

Yes! We offer embroidery digitizing services. The digitizing fee is $45.

17) Do You Provide the Products?

Yes! We provide all the products for your custom T-shirts, embroidery, digital products, and crafts.
